About Our Products

What pastries do you offer daily?
We bake all our classic pastries, cakes, tarts, and macarons fresh every morning. Occasional or special cakes must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We offer gluten-free, vegan, and halal-friendly options across our range.

Are your products handmade?
Absolutely. Every morning, our pastry team crafts each product by hand, using high-quality local ingredients and traditional French techniques.

About Our Shops

Where are your stores located?
You can find us in Jetland Shopping Centre and Castletroy Town Centre, both in Limerick.
We’re also proud to offer a curated selection of our products in Dublin at Fallon & Byrne.

What are your opening hours?
Jetland: Monday–Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM
Castletroy: Monday–Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM

Orders & Delivery

Do you deliver in Limerick?
Yes! Delivery within Limerick City costs €10.
If you're outside the city, give us a call — we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.

Can I order a gift box for someone else?
Of course! You can customize your box, and we’ll package it beautifully for gifting. We also offer gift cards.

How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance before 5 PM.
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed for two days later.
Example: If you order Friday at 6 PM, it will be ready by Sunday.

Can I pre-order and pick up in store?
Yes! You can place your order online and select pickup at one of our collection points.

Custom & Special Orders

Do you make custom cakes or boxes?
Yes! We offer both. Whether it’s for a birthday, event, or personal gift, we’re happy to help.

Can I request specific pastries in a box?
Yes, our team will happily curate a box with your favourite pastries — just let us know your selection.

How do I order for an event or celebration?
You can place your order directly through our website. For larger or more customized events, feel free to call or email us.

Payments & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit card, Visa, and Mastercard both online and in-store.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations are not accepted.
Changes can be made if your pastry or cake allows for it — but please contact us as early as possible.

Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once the order has been confirmed and prepared.

Loyalty & Offers

Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes! We offer a coffee loyalty card available exclusively at our Jetland store.

How do I enter the monthly giveaways?
Every purchase over €15 earns you one entry into our monthly giveaway.
Spend €50 or more, and you get a double entry — your name will be printed twice in the draw.

What’s the Pastry of the Week?
Every Monday, we highlight a Pastry of the Week with a special one-day discount, available both in-store and online. It’s the perfect excuse for a sweet start to your week!
